Hi:
I have several devices on my router, and, the router just assigns them an address when the do a dhcp request.
My PC where I'm running Synchronet also gets assigned its address via dhcp.
Most of the time, it doesn't change, but, today, it just changed and I had to go into my port forwarding and change all the internal addresses.
Is there a way I can keep the router from changing my address? I know it is possible to use a static ip in some cases, but, this machine is the only one I care about its address staying the same.
Any thoughts?
