Treasures of the Unicorn (all night)

During evenings in March annually, the modest constellation of Monoceros, the Unicorn occupies the southern sky to the east of Orion. Tucked between the bright stars Procyon and Sirius, this rather dim constellation is often overlooked - but it straddles the winter Milky Way. Among the many treasures
to observe within it are the spectacular Rosette Nebula (NGC 2238) with its central star cluster (NGC 2244), the Christmas Tree Cluster and nebulosity
(NGC 2264), the Double Wedge Cluster (NGC 2232), the tiny, but distinctive Hubble's Variable Nebula (NGC 2261), and the triple star Beta Monoceros.
