Just wanted to share with everyone here that DoorParty is running 100% on Mystic BBS now. It's been a dream of mine to do this for years now, and I'm stoked as hell that it's an actuality. Even more stoked because I
can actually program in MPY, so I can mod the hell out of it with
anything I can think of. Woo! Thank you, g00r00 for the amazing BBS software.
Also means I can natively run MPY and MPS scripts, so if anyone has any doors or mods written in either of those, submit 'em! Doors will always get added, mods I'll have to see if they fit the theme of DoorParty.
I'll add a submission option to the main menu for anyone that wants to.
Also, looking for feedback on literally *anything* with the new server. Jump on, poke around, then hit @ at the main DoorParty menu and lemme know. Good, bad, anything.

Hey Maskreet! Congrats on the move, it's gotta feel great having so
many new familiar tools at your disposal.

One mod that Black Panther wrote, under RCS Mods, is an 80x25 and 132x37 d menu mod for Door Party, BBSlink, any local game, etc... Can be customized any ANSI. The nice thing about it is adding new doors and menus using .in files and in mass as opposed to one at a time. While I don't think you'd / want it for Door Party, it might be a fun one to look as it was written make it easier for new SysOps to connect to servers and install games. It here along with other mods RCS wrote.

That is outstanding!! I have always wanted to move my door server off of SynchroNet to Mystic but never had the time to sit down and move 150 plus doors!! I will logon now to check it out!
Thanks! Yeah, there's a Mystic DoorParty menu generator included with every custom connect package. It'll pull the door codes and everything, set them all up as a generic lightbar/grid menu, you just have to select which doors you want to setup.
Yeah, it wasn't fun. But it was also less painful than initially setting them all up, and I wrangled ChatGPT into making custom Python scripts to read door CFG files and autocreate the other 49 I needed for a lot of
game instead of what I had to do back in the day, which was manually copying/pasting, renaming, and then editing all 50. Oof.

Fun or not.. Great job!! :)
Thank you! Here's something though...
I got feedback from a user saying the LORD IGMs weren't working. I
totally forgot to set all 150+ of those suckers up too, so I was
resigned to setting up the configs for all of them over the next few
days. Then I realized all I had to do was set SUBST to the original
drive from when they were running on Synchronet and Linux, and it took
me two seconds and worked! THEEEEENNNN I realized I could've done that
for all of the door games I took 3-4 days to setup as well. =\
