I'm trying to run EchoUNlink stanza in my mightly maintenance .ini, but it doesn't remove the old message areas? Is anyone else using it and have any ideas what I might have worng?

I don't run it but the first troubleshooting thing I do with Mystic is to restart mis. Good luck and let us know what you find out!

can you share with me your settings in the ini file and what level 3 logging looks like?

After searching the wiki's and reading it acouple of times, I see that it only runs in the "importechomail.ini file. Once I put it there it worked fine.

that does not seem right to me.

I think to call this function you need to have in the [general] stanza the following enabled as true

EchoUnlink = true

Then define the setup of of the [EchoUnlink] function options.

It does work for me but (from memory) there were things around setting exceptions that didn't seem to work as intended... I recall flagging this with g00r00 what would have been a few years ago but he's been inactive for quite a while and I never heard back on that one.
