Should you eat fruits with huge amount of sugars? Are there other forms of sugar in the
fruit which is not bad for you?

Fruits can be very sweet but they don˙t usually contain "huge" amounts of sugar.

In first place, the sugar in fruits is fructose (not high-fructose syrup, just fructose),
which is much sweeter than regular sugar: about twice as sweet, so you only need half
    as much.

Secondly, fruits do not imply the same level of risks as a piece of sweet of the same
sugar content, and that˙s thanks to fibers.

I've wondered about this.. I've always heard that fruits are healthy to eat, but at the same time, I've heard people say fruits contain sugar and aren't always the best for you. But maybe it's about moderation and what you eat them with. Also, I've heard that fruit often contains fiber and/or pulp, which make them better than eating candy - and as you say, the fructose in fruits is less than the amount of sugar you'd normally need in other things.

Also, I've heard fruit juice actually isn't great for you because it usually doesn't contain the pulp and fiber from the fruit, and still contains the fructose/sugar.

I was recently reintroduced to peaches when I visited someone in Tennessee. The were
soft and juicy and tasted great. When we got back home, I started eating them again
on a regular basis. I like the fact that the entire meat of the fruit is edible. I DID have
a batch that were hard and not so juicy. They were not as tasty, but probably still good
    for me.

Peaches are one of my favorite fruits. I like them fresh, as well as the canned sliced variety. I have some no sugar added canned sliced peaches in the refrigerator right now, chilled and ready to eat later..
