    What are the best light and healthy foods to eat at night for better sleep and digestion?

    Choose foods that are easy to digest and moderate in portion:

    Vegetable soup
    Greek yogurt
    Moong dal
    Oats
    Banana with a few nuts
    Paneer with sauteed vegetables

    Avoid heavy fried foods and very sugary snacks.
    Also, try to finish dinner at least 2 hours before bed.
