For breakfast˙.
Eat 6 eggs + protein shake for the breakfast. That˙s around 55g of protein in the
morning and 1000˙1100 calories only.
For lunch˙.
If possible eat moong dal chillas ( kind of like tortilla made of moong ) if you eat around
3˙4 which is reasonable then you˙ll have 22˙23g of protein and under 500 calories.
For dinner...
Again if possible simply have a protein shake with what you eat so that will make your
goal of 100g protein accomplished
or
Try eating Dal with 2˙3 eggs and some milk ( 1 glass) before you sleep.. that˙ll give you
around 20˙25g of easy protein.
Your calorie intake would be in between 500˙1000 calories depending on what source
you˙re choosing for dinner.
