    Can heart attacks be mostly prevented by exercising and having a stronger heart?

    It is generally possible to prevent heart attack through various daily exercises but
    consistency and endurance must be there.

    What are the effective exercises to perform daily in order to maintain strong heart and
    avoid heart attacks?

    There are many exercises to prevent heart attacks and improve heart health. Here we
    go for the three most common exercises which is nearly zero cost to everyone and
    suitable for all adults.


    Swimming

    Swimming is very effective for cardiovascular health because it works the heart and
    lungs continuously in a low-impact environment.

    It improves circulation, strengthens the heart muscle, and helps regulate blood pressure.
