    Early warning signs of kidney disease include:

    Urination: Frequent urination, especially at night, or foamy urine

    Swelling: Puffy eyes, swollen hands, ankles, or feet

    Blood in urine: Blood in the urine, also known as hematuria

    Protein in urine: Protein in the urine, also known as proteinuria

    High blood pressure: Hypertension, or high blood pressure, can damage kidneys over
    time

    Fatigue: Extreme tiredness or exhaustion

    Nausea and vomiting: Feeling sick or nauseous

    Shortness of breath: Difficulty breathing

    Itching: Itchy skin

    Poor appetite: Loss of appetite or a buildup of toxins

    Muscle cramps: Muscle spasms or electrolyte imbalances

    In the early stages of kidney disease, many people don't have any symptoms. However,
