This is for prevention: To stop cancer from growing or to prevent cancer in the first
place.

The people in Japan have the highest level of iodine in the world. They die with cancer,
not from cancer. This means that cancer tumors remain small. Iodine kills cancer.

Pomegranate juice stops the formation of new blood vessels from forming that feed the
cancer.

Double your fiber intake to help prevent colon cancer. Eat broccoli. dried parsley, sweet
potatoes and carrots. Organic non-GMO high fiber cereal.

Ultra-processed food will increase cancer risk. Fried food and sugar too. Avoid vegetable
oils. Canola oil, corn oil and safflower oil. Avoid polyunsaturated fat. All of these listed
items will promote many diseases over time. Use organic liquid coconut oil. It is lower in
linoleic acid.

Eat organic bread, organic flour and organic oats. Do not eat any rice but organic white
rice.

Avoid organic chicken and pork. Linoleic acid is in it.

Avoid margarine and non-dairy coffee creamer.

Vitamin D lowers the risk of getting some cancers by 50%. Get your vitamin D level
tested. 30 ng/ml is the minimum level to be not deficient. 50 to 80 ng/ml are the
optimal levels.

Put povidone iodine on your leg in a 1″ square. If it disappears in 24 hours, put it on
again. This checks for iodine deficiency and corrects it at the same time. People low in
iodine have an increased risk of getting cancer. Many people are low in iodine. Povidone
iodine is for external use only.

My PSA was high. MRI with contrast showed no prostate cancer. Colon Guard test saw
blood in my stool. I lost weight too. Colonoscopy showed no polyps and no cancer. So,
did my lifestyle prevent getting cancer? They also checked my stomach for cancer. No
cancer. All 3 tests were done in late 2024.
