thirsty, we think we are hungry. Water is the best way to stay hydrated and full longer.
And best for body organs especially kidney.
2. Buy Whole Foods: Fill your fridge with healthy vegetables, fruits, and lean protein.
Turn your kitchen into a Michelin Star restaurant. Buy whole foods that you enjoy eating.
Eat healthy every day.
3. Bodyweight Exercises: Finally, right? Do push ups, pull ups, and squats when you
need a break from work. Go walking in the morning or at lunch (itÿs good to get
outdoors and get sunlight!)
4. Build a Home Gym: If you have the resources to build a gym, do it. There will be no
excuse not to workout if you make it convenient and see it everyday.
5. Build a Library: Physical fitness is not enough. Mental fitness is key to living healthy
long-term. If you can read books, you will take your fitness to the next level.
6. Morning Routine: What do you do before work? Can you take care of your health first
by exercising? Do you eat sugar cereal breakfast or do you fast until lunch?
7. Evening Routine: What do you do before going to bed? Do you have time to go on a
