    Have you ever noticed that those who are fit looks at least 10 year younger than their
    age?
    These people are never overweight, and are very active in life.
    You can look at all the celebrities at their 50 or even at 70 for the answer.

    The key to stay young is by keeping yourself fit so that age never conquers your youth.

    These are 3 daily practices to keep you fit and automatically stay young

    1. Any form of physical exercise

    Physical exercise could be exercise in gym, or yoga or playing any sports or jogging
    daily.
    If you work out daily then irrespective of your age you will not become overweight, nor
    feel fatigue easily.
    Also, I bet you would have seen people with back pain, neck pain, headache and even
    joints pain especially in legs.
    These people are usually of age more than 40 (now a days even above 20).
    These problems which come with age can be easily avoided by doing physical exercise
    and keeping your body active.

    2. Eat Nutritious food

    Nutrition is very important to keep one young.
    People are relying too much on junk food which are full of calories and none of nutrients.
    This kind of diet will never keep you young and will keep your body deficient in
    important nutrients such as B vitamins (youth vitamins), calcium & vit d (Bones and
    joints).
    Lack of nutritious food in one person diet have results such as hair loss, early greying of
    hair, wrinkles, joint problem, lack of lustre in skin.

    3. Drink plenty of water

    The average adult human body is 65% water.
    Drinking water (around 3 ltrs daily) helps your skin glowing, gives you energy, aids in
    digestion, keeps your organs working properly, keeps your mind sharp and flushes out
    toxins.
