    Ulysses S. Grant, 18th president, commanding general of the US Army during the US
    Civil War and supporter of railroad expansion coast to coast.

    John F. Kennedy, 35th president, assassinated while in office, encouraged US participation in the race to put a man on the moon.

    Abraham Lincoln, 16th president, instrumental in pushing US to establish equality
    among races during US Civil War.

    Richard Nixon, 37th president, known for his part in the Watergate Scandal.

    Barack Obama, 44th president, first Black president.

    Ronald Reagan, 40th president, fought to bring down the Berlin Wall.

    Theodore Roosevelt, 26th president, encouraged the establishment of the National Parks
    System.

    Harry S. Truman, 33rd president, Vice-President under Franklin D. Roosevelt, and
    succeeded him when FDR died a few months into his fourth term.
