• BBBS on Pi (32 and 64 bit)

From TheCivvie@314:413/30 to All on Monday, March 03, 2025 11:49:02
Kim has made BBBS available to Pi users. In both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Not sure how long the shareware version lasts or how many nodes you get. I have a 27 node key and use nodes 1 and 2 as outbound processing and 4 to 27 as the inbound. Node 3 is for when I need to send stuff urgently

I like BBBS as it is more old school. And I am not into ANSI graphics, although it can handle them.

Using Bterm, it's own client, it is possinle to have secure connections with bbbs and background downloads and uploads

bindk.rima.ie on standard ports and a backup telnet at 10023
