• Moving to Nextcloud on a NixOS container

    Hi all,
I have been running Nextcloud in Proxmox for quite sometime now, and have had no issues. However I found that my Nextcloud server has not been updating from version 23. It appears it may require PHP8+. My container came Proxmox's templates from Turnkey Linux, and is using Debian bullseye, which is now quite out of date.
I was looking to update the distro to Bookworm, however the repos also include some from Turnkey, which require encryption keys to access the bookworm repos. I know that I could try to update the distro without those repos, and should work fine however I would rather not deal with this issue again in the future.
I have been interested in setting up a NixOS container as it seems like it would be an excellent way to run servers with is declarative package and config system.
I just wanted to know if anyone out here is running any type of NixOS container to run Nexcloud Proxmox, or any type of NixOS container. If so, how are you finding it? Have you had any issues, or any advise?
I have found the documentation on getting this done, so I should have no issues setting it up, I just wanted to reach out to get some "real world" cases in case more information from you all maybe something I can use.
