The second annual Amazon Prime Day has officially started, although the retailer has decided to call it the 'Prime Big Deal Days' sale. Despite the unpronounceable name, the sale offers some incredible Kindle deals today.

In fact, today's Prime Day Kindle deals offer record-low prices across the board. Regardless of whether you're looking for a cheap model, or something a little higher-end, it's a great time to consider picking up one of the
brand's ereaders.

Particularly noteworthy highlights include the brand new Kindle Colorsoft for $199 (was $249) / 169 (was 239) , the high-end Scribe on sale for $299 (was $399) / 269 (was 379) , and Kindle Kids models starting at just $94 (was
