Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! For pot luck, I've brought you Black Friday earbuds and headphones deals and this year's deals are really cooking. Black Friday itself is tomorrow, November 28, but the big retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart and Target have a ton of record-low prices live now, on everything from cheap AirPods deals to elite Sony headphones.

Honestly, the biggest problem is the sheer volume (no pun intended) of Black Friday headphones deals. If you've got better things to do with your Thanksgiving than scroll endlessly through sales, then good news: we've done all that for you, and picked only the best deals, based on our testing of these products, and our tracking of prices over the year.

We test around 100 pairs of headphones and earbuds every year, so I'm working with with Audio Editor Becky Scarrott and reviewer Harry Padoan to choose the products here all come with a genuine seal of approval, and we have

Okay, I'm including these because it's the best headphones deal under $30,
and if that's what you want, then go for it but the thing is, they were $19.95 a few days ago, so I'm really hoping the'll drop back to that again. Getting a pair of headphones from a reliable name like JBL for this low a price makes these a strong bargain anyway. JLab is basically the only earbuds manufacturer we actually trust to make something this cheap that's actually good. These are ridiculously good for
the price the sound is well-balanced, the noise cancellation is really effective, the fit is comfortable, the case is slimline you could read all about them in our glowing JLab Go Pop ANC review , but for this price you can probably just take my word for it. View Deal

These only recently came out, and we gave them 4.5 out of 5 in our glowing Shokz OpenDots One review so this discount is fantastic, and is the first I've seen for them. Clip-style open earbuds hook onto your ear, and don't go into the ear canal they're really comfortable, they leave you able to hear the world around you as well as your music, and they sound superb. This is the first deal on the model we've just crowned as the best open earbuds so while it may not be a huge discount, it's a really good one. No, it's not a massive discount. But it's still a decent one, and it's the first real deal on them, taking 12% off the usual price of Apple's newest and most advanced ANC earbuds. The main difference between the Pro 3 and Pro 2 is the addition of heart rate sensing, although if you have an Apple Watch
you've got that covered already. And the ANC is improved although the ANC in the AirPods Pro 2 is still superb. View Deal

Released in January 2025, these little beauties are still the only earbuds to offer multipoint to three devices simultaneously, plus excellent 'sidetone' tech for hearing your own voice in calls. They also deliver some of the most neutral and detailed audio possible, in a small, premium-feel design our Technics EAH-AZ100 review raves about all the details. These had fallen to $199 earlier in the sales for a day or two, but now them seem to have settled at $216, and that's still a pretty great price for them. These 5-star, 2025-release noise-cancelling earbuds that basically walk all over anything else on the market for noise cancellation, as our Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds 2nd Gen review says (except maybe Apple's AirPods Pro 3 but if you don't own an iPhone I don't recommend those, however good

tempting to take advantage of their built-in heart-rate sensors, so you can track your runs with minimal other tech on you. In our Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 review , we also liked the head-tracked spatial audio, good stamina, huge range of features, and comfortable and lightweight fit the latter is obviously super-important for sports headphones, and these deliver. $139 is a true steal for earbuds this good! It doesn't matter that AirPods
Pro 3 have come out since then they cost $80 more than this even with their down discount! Yes, they have better noise cancellation and longer battery life, but their other improvements aren't so huge, and this model still
sounds excellent, has really good active noise cancellation, and are packed with smart features.

For this price, there's no better earbuds option for Apple users, and I bet most people would be happier keeping $80 in their wallet and buying these
than getting the newer model.

These headphones have been superseded by the excellent Sony WH-1000XM6, but
if you've been eyeing up the Sony WH-1000XM5 but didn't like their fairly
high price tag then today is a good day to buy. These premium headphones have just dropped below $250, which is as low as they've ever been check out our review of the Sony WH-1000XM5 to get all the details on them.

They're very good, but the question is whether this is going to be a low enough price to tempt people. Newer headphones from Bose, Nothing and Cambridge Audio are in this price zone, and there are cheaper headphones that very tempting too.

The XM5 are still excellent headphones, though if you've been considering them, this is as cheap as they've ever been!

Here's one for bargain hunters: the JLab JBuds Lux ANC might have sound
that's a little bass-heavy but could be ideal for those who like that kind
of presentation but for under $50 the audio is much better than it has any right to be.

Also, the build feels far more premium than even the MSRP suggest,s and the battery life at up to 70 hours, or 44 with ANC deployed is unheard of for the level. Read our full JLab JBuds Lux ANC review for more, but know this: JLab is a trusted name in affordable head-fi and these over-ear headphones won't disappoint for a good budget option.

Sony's newest affordable wireless earbuds for less than $80 in Amazon's early Black Friday sale? Yup: the Sony WF-C710N are a real bargain.

For this money, you're getting Sony quality for the kind of money you'd
expect to pay for a much lesser brand. In our Sony WF-C710N review , we
heaped praise on these buds for their bolstered battery life, fantastic sound quality and upgraded ANC. At this price point, my recommending them is a no-brainer.

We think these are the best Sony earbuds to buy right now, when it comes to balancing price and performance. The Sony WF-1000XM5 might be higher-end, but they're not as impressive as they should be for three times the price of
these excellent buds.

Let's stick with cheap Sonys for a moment here's a pair of Sony cans for under $40. That's not a mistake: this deal takes a cool 46% off the list price. These were already impressively cheap headphones, and as we said in
our WH-CH520 review they are "simply superb value". They sound good, they run for 50 hours between charges and they're comfortable too. What's not to like?
