even Dyson vacuums discounted down to a more affordable level. Every year, we see hundreds of vacuum deals, but I've rounded up the best options for you to browse below.

Below, I've only included the options that our reviewers and I genuinely recommend, like the Dyson V11 Extra, now $659 (was $399) at Walmart, or if you're in the UK it's 337 (was 499) at John Lewis.

I recently did a group test of the best cordless vacuums around, and the PowerDetect Cordless came out top in all my cleaning trials it can handle everything from fine particles in thick carpet to pet hair. Despite all that cutting-edge tech, it still comes in at a relatively affordable price and one that's far more affordable right now. There's a total of $70 off this vacuum in the Amazon Black Friday sale
that's an excellent price on this model. Although we haven't tested this specific vacuum, it boasts many of the same features that we like so much in other Shark uprights, including a bin section that can be removed and held in the hand, while you use the floorhead or a detail tool on a wand, for more flexibility. Head to Amazon for $250 off this Shark upright. It's not quite the cheapest price I've seen on this model, but better deals are very rare. In TechRadar's Shark Stratos Upright vacuum review , my tester was wowed by its cleaning powers, and while it's not super fancy, the design is very functional and can even be reconfigured for getting into tight nooks and crannies. This model is a classic within the Dyson range, so while there's no dirt detection or laser illumination, it's still a super-effective cleaner, and it's lighter than Dyson's newer additions too. It's the same as the Gen5detect but scaled up, for larger homes, with a larger dust cup and wider floorhead. Prices have dropped again on the V8 at Amazon, taking it to 40% off and matching the lowest price I've seen. This is the oldest model in the Dyson lineup, but remains ultra-popular, with its simple but effective design, strong cleaning power and great maneuverability. Good Henry deals are rare, so this discount is well worth paying attention
to. Argos doesn't specify the 'was' price, but this model is at 159.99 direct from Henry. It's a classic vacuum that's known for being ultra-reliable and nigh-on indestructible. View Deal

This is the classic cylinder vacuum, with a longer hose and extra stainless steel tube for improved reach the brand promises you'll be able to clean a full flight of stairs while the Henry sits at the bottom. View Deal

With 41 off, this corded Shark stick vac is even better value than usual. Although it has occasionally, briefly been slightly cheaper, it's an
excellent discount in the context of this vacuum's price history. Corded vacuums tend to deliver better suction than cordless ones, and last longer overall too. View Deal

Although deals are common on the Statos Cordless, this 55% off discount is especially strong, and very nearly the cheapest this vacuum has ever been. This is an older Shark vacuum, and while it might not have advanced features like dirt detection, it packs a real punch when it comes to suction power. It's worth considering if you're looking for a cordless vacuum for pet hair

talking about suction-per-pound, the Ball Animal is hard to beat. This corded upright is heavy and bulky but seriously sucky, so if your priority is cleaning power, then it's a worthy investment. View Deal

Prices just keep falling on the V11 Extra it's at another new cheapest-ever price in the Black Friday sales. In my Dyson V11 review I called it an excellent cleaner, with powerful suction, long battery life and a useful LCD screen to provide info. With nearly 90 off, the PowerPro cordless is down to a new lowest-ever price. Although I haven't used this specific vacuum myself, it looks like a very solid choice it uses Shark's effective DirtDetect technology for automatic suction adjustment, has a very decent maximum runtime of 50 minutes, and you can release the wand to bend forward for easy vacuuming under furniture. Alternatively, there's the PowerPro Pet for 161 at John Lewis , and it comes bundled with an extra motorized furniture tool. View Deal

This vacuum is a little pricier than it was a week or so ago, so if you're
not in a hurry, then it's worth sitting tight and seeing if it falls back to its lowest price of 449.95. Out of all the Dyson vacuums, the V15 is probably the model I'd recommend to most people. The V10 just dropped in price again it's now at a new cheapest-ever price with 180 off in Dyson's Black Friday sale. This model was never a flagship
