If you like the look of the iPad Air and know that you need the highest
amount of storage, then last year's M2-powered model is worth considering.
The 512GB Space Gray version is currently on sale for $784, which is $60 cheaper than Amazon's current deal on the M3-powered iPad Air in the same storage and color combination. On paper, the latter will be slightly faster and remain supported for an extra year, but most people won't notice that difference in performance, and you'll get at least six more years of support for the 2024 iPad Air.
