We may be halfway through January, but the Currys New Year sale is still ongoing with savings of up to 40% available across thousands of tech items. With the event scheduled to end soon, though, I've decided to take one more look through the sale and pick out the best deals I think are worth buying if you're still in a bargain-hunting mood. Check out my 14 top picks below.

There are some strong laptop offers in the Currys sale, including this Acer Aspire 14 for 499 (now 699). It's a modern, powerful and efficient device
that features a speedy Snapdragon X processor, 16GB of RAM, a reasonable
512GB SSD and incredible battery life of up to 28 hours, making it ideal for all-around everyday use and most demanding work tasks.

You can also find this highly-rated De'Longhi Magnifica Start for 319 (was 399), a great value Hisense A6Q 43-inch 4K TV for 199 (was 279) if you're shopping for a budget display, and the premium manufacturer's affordable
Dyson V8 Advanced for 229 (was 329).

If you're looking for a small-sized budget display, you can't get much better than this Hisense 43-inch 4K TV that's on sale for 199 at Currys - a record-low price. The Hisense A6Q sports 4K Ultra HD resolution support, a direct-lit LED array for respectable brightness and contrast, and Dolby

Here's a solid and cheap Windows laptop in the Currys New Year sale.
