Speaking with online marketplace Eldorado , Klaitz was asked about a fan theory that he is playing Carl Hampton, a character who has appeared in both GTA 6 trailers and appears to be a prominent side character. Klaitz instantly denied he was playing the character, saying, "No, thats not me. Ill just tell you straight, it is not me." He continued, adding, "Im not allowed to talk about things Im not allowed to talk about, but I can say that something is not me and its not me." While it doesn't seem like Klaitz will be starring in the next GTA game, he did reveal that his dream role would be a "proper villain" if Rockstar Games offered.

"I would say I would be most interested in being a proper villain villain," Klaitz said. "Lester lived in this sort of middle ground where he is this villain with the heart of gold sort of thing, living in the gray areas in terms of his morality, but he was still kind of a good guy and watched out
for his people."

The actor also admitted that while he'd love to play a villain, he'd also

"It would be fun to lean harder into being an out-and-out villain, or actually, now I say it out loud, maybe itd be fun to be a super good guy
too," he said. "Just lean all the way one way or the other, since with
Lester, I have always been in that kind of middle ground."

Grand Theft Auto 6 launches on November 19, 2026, for PS5 , Xbox Series X , and Xbox Series S . There are still no preorder or pricing details yet, but rumors suggest it could cost as high as $100.

In the same interview, Klaitz said he wouldn't pay $100 to play GTA 6 and suggested Rockstar Games should keep it reasonable for the broader player
