The scheme is primarily an education process, and will focus on training, in-person academies and practical guides. OpenAI will also launch dedicated agents and partnerships to support small business workflows, too. The recently-launched ChatGPT Work platform also features, with the software vendor pushing its latest tool through the program, claiming that ChatGPT
Work and Codex are now said to have a combined 10 million users. Latest

This latest step expands its focus to a broader category of businesses across all domains, but more importantly, it unlocks major volume for OpenAI. SMBs represent around 99% of the private sector globally.
